My name is Casey, some people may not know me. So here is a little the back story.
My first memories as a little kid were nothing but racecars with my family. Growing up my father was local racecar driver building his own cars with his best friend. It soon turned into a whole family sport. Over the first early years he moved his way towards building his first 360 Sprintcar. My father created a race team called Team Havoc Racing. Before you knew it his bestfriend had a car, his brother, and even his wife "my mom." Next started coming all of us kids over the years. I would say 90% of my family have all sat behind the wheel of a racecar at some point. My first time racing a sportsman "stockcar" I was 12 years old. I was also the youngest so by time I was 15 I had raced a few years and had my fun. Times were tough by then and I ended up not racing cars anymore and started racing motocross. I had fallen in love with the sport and spent the last 12 years racing motocross and still counting. I have my own motorcycle shop / Vendor setup for when we are at local tracks helping the younger generations and my own son race just like my father did back in the day with the dirt track cars. My father passed away in 2020 and I told him I would race forever for him because I knew how much it meant to him. I just didn't quite think it would ever be a racecar again. Recently about June of 2024 I messaged my dad's best friend's son "Jesse" who also grew up racing cars and has an extreme love for the sport. He has also built several racecars over the years. I tossed the idea around to him, "What if I bought a racecar would you help me lol?" He immediately was 100% all in with helping me. After that is about when "The33racecar" came to my mind. I knew instantly I wanted to do it for my dad and build a car in memory of him and his legacy. Now here we are! Building a racecar from the ground up just like my dad and his best friend did. Just another generation later. Building this car means a lot to me, and I hope my children and family will get to have some of the great memories just like I did growing up with my dad at the race track.
Thank you to everyone that has helped me with building the car, and our sponsors!
